We had an awesome trip to both North Island and South Island. We wanted a more relaxed and leisurely trip and Jane from Amazing New Zealand planned an excellent itinerary for us. We recently returned from a three-week customized trip to New Zealand (North and South Islands) that we planned with expert help from Jane Coutts at Amazing New Zealand Itineraries. We had been referred to her by a close friend, and his recommendation was spot on. After an initial conversation we quickly decided on the special places in New Zealand that we wanted to visit and the experiences we were most interested in. [Tip—plan early, as availability does become a factor even during the shoulder season (NZ spring) when we travelled.] Jane made numerous suggestions for us to consider and quickly booked the ones we chose. She was always open to our concerns and when we wanted to make some adjustments she quickly responded and updated our customized itinerary.
The best part was how seamless the whole travel experience was. We received a very detailed itinerary with many options for us to consider as we explored the country. This made the whole trip much more enjoyable, knowing that bookings were all taken care of, and that we had many options for other experiences also. During the trip we had occasion to make a few changes, and Jane was always available and replied to our questions within minutes! We can’t stress enough how much this helps when travelling in another country and you need to ask a question or make an adjustment.
In summary, our trip was amazing and definitely enhanced by the help we received from Amazing New Zealand Itineraries. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to experience such a diverse and beautiful country, with such genuine hospitality everywhere we visited. We’ve recommended Jane to our friends who are also considering a New Zealand trip in their future travel plans, and will in ours, also!
