Cancellation Policy

Amazing New Zealand  requires a 10% deposit to proceed with reservations after an order has been signed. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival in New Zealand. The day of arrival is calculated as 1 full calendar day. The following refunds will be applied in the event of cancellation.

90%     plus 60 days before arrival date

50%     31 – 60 days before arrival date

25%     14 – 30 days before arrival date

10%     7 – 13 days before arrival date

0%       less than 7 days before arrival date

We advise all travellers to have cancellation and travel insurance. Please ask your Travel Agent.

Privacy Guarantee

Amazing New Zealand  does not register the traveller’s address, email address, phone numbers  or any personal information. The names and confidential data of the traveller are used only for reservation of the requested services, and will not be used for alternative sales, or handled or sold   to third parties. We advise all travellers to have cancellation and travel insurance. Please ask your Travel Agent.
