	Flights to/from and within New Zealand should be booked by your Travel Agent, or visit Air New Zealand the official airline of Middle-Earth. All travellers are personally met at Auckland International Airport by our friendly professional representative.
	You will receive at the airport a comprehensive Deluxe Travel Pack. The pack contains the prepaid accommodation and excursion vouchers, maps and brochures to local attractions, plus a detailed daily explanation of driving routes, including suggested stops en route. You will also receive a portable DVD player to watch our famous New Zealand made films, at the actual film locations! The representative will also assist you to your hired vehicle, or if you have opted to stay in Auckland on the first evening (as we highly recommend), then the representative will take you to your hotel free of charge. 	features negotiated discounted rates for car, motorbike and campervan hire, accommodation and excursions. The duration of stay and standard of accommodation are completely flexible. Remember, these are just examples and may be altered to suit your needs. If you see a destination or an attraction that you definitely want to have included in your itinerary then you could mention it on the enquiry form and we will do our best to include it in your personal itinerary. It just helps us to design the most perfect itinerary for you, as we will then have an idea of the type of attractions and activities you are interested in. Don't forget to click on SUBMIT when you are finished. We will then send you a proposed itinerary and an ‘indication of price’ quote for your vacation depending on the duration, season and accommodation standard you have chosen. Once you agree on the proposal we will then send you the contract to be signed - at this stage of our partnership you will be entering into a contract and a 10% deposit of the total price is required.
